Canadians pay their fees and "donations" for their baby girls that must be in cash  at a Government adoption center in Changsha, China.  China only allows the adoption of baby girls and disabled boys, for a "donation" of 2,000 US$ plus fees,  since it has hundreds of orphanages full of un-wanted girls, mostly dumped on the streets, due to the preference for a boy and heir.  Over 10,000 babies, all girls or disabled boys, are adopted from China annually.<br />
