TOKYO: POISON BLOW FISH: FUGU: RESTAURANT: JAPAN.Fugu sashimi. Also known as the Blow fish, Fugu, is perpared in a restaurant in Tokyo by a spcially trained chef. Many parts of the blow fish is are lethally poisenous. The fish must be prepared by a specially trained chef and the poisenous parts discarded in a special steel locked and registered container.
