Farmers steal natural gas from the Sinopec Petrochemical oil field in Puyang, Henan province, China in large plastic bags. Farmers in the area often steal natural gas for cooking and heating. They steal the gas from the pipe-line filling a big plastic bag in an hour. As soon as one finishes filling a bag, another family will fill another bag, it goes on continuously.
